Welcome!Welcome back. Apologies for the short delay in publication caused by RedTop running the New York Marathon when he should have been writing copy! We feared he would still be running by the time Issue Seven was due out, but fortunately he returned in one piece. This month we have a fascinating interview with City legend Paul Cheesley which gives the old’uns something to reminisce about and the young’uns a chance to catch up on one of our great moments – the 1-0 win at Arsenal in our very first game back in Division One. We would also like to take this opportunity to protest at the club’s seven match winning streak, which has left us with very few targets and is making our life increasingly difficult. This distress was greatly increased by the decision to abandon the Notts County match just as it looked like we would have something decent to moan about. Fortunately, the Gas have given us plenty of ammo – and Stoke’s inspired appointment of Tony Pulis has also not gone unnoticed. Thanks again to those who took the time to support us by sending in letters and captions – it was the best response yet by far and is really appreciated.
