Welcome!It started out like any other day. Issue Four of The Incider was ticking along quite nicely until about 11 o’clock in the morning. We’d delayed the launch by 24 hours due to Brian’s journalistic commitments and Tom’s alcohol commitments, but essentially everything was coming together as normal. Then, just hours from launch the news breaks that Chairman John Laycock had stepped down. This left us in with a mad rush to update Issue Four. We couldn’t launch The Incider without dealing with such a substantial headline story, but to cover it properly would require a large amount of reworking and fresh writing in a short space of time. We decided to ‘go for it', and attempt to cover the story of the Bristol City chairmanship as comprehensively as we could in the short space of time available to us. We hope you like the result of our efforts in rather unusual circumstances! Of course we still have the usual features, and once again we will be giving away another exclusive Incider T-shirt for the top reader contribution.
